Mr. Young Hee is not a trained
and certificated Master but has shown aptitude for the
profession he has adopted and the Wan Chai School has much
advanced under his direction. I propose that he should be
given in addition to his present duties the supervision
of the Tang Lung Chow School, which is in the same district
as and practically serves for the overflow of the Wan
Chai School, and that his salary should be raised from a
scale of £200 to £250 by £25 triennial increments to one
of £240 to £285 by £15 triennial increments.
