Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of letter No. 27773/1905 from the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, enclosing copy of a communication from the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty dated 3rd Instant, and, in accordance with the request therein contained,my Company will, in the event of the necessary Licenses being granted for the establishment of Wireless Telegraphy at Hongkong, Singapore, Labuan and British North Borneo, arrange for a thx wave length of 2000 feet, instead of 1100 feet, with a power of , instead of 4 kilowatt, as originally proposed.
