construction and working of the line. And further that the
Corporation should receive 5 per cent. on the entire cost of all
materials, rolling stock and equipment purchased for the
Railway, and should also receive 20 per cent. of the net profits
of the Railway, such share of the profits to be represented by
certificates to an amount equal to one-fifth of the aggregate
nominal amount of the said loan, which certificates were to be
redeemable as therein mentioned.

And whereas pursuant to the said Preliminary Agreement
