With reference to your letter No.27158 of
the 13th November 1905, and previous correspondence, on the subject of the boundary between the War Department property and the proposed Fraya Fast Reclamation, Hong Kong, I am commanded by the Army Council to return the plan forwarded with your letter do of 10th August 1905 and to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that they concur in the boundary arrangement

2. I am to express regret that owing to the necessity for referring this question to the Admiralty, by whom the Reclamation in front of the War Department
property was carried out, it was not found possible to
give an earlier definite reply on this matter.
