the Consulting Engineers or of his discharge therefrom or on
the day of his death if he shall die in such service whichever
shall first happen.
10th. Any notice or intention to determine this Agree- ment or otherwise required to be given by or on behalf of the Consulting Engineers shall be sufficiently given if communi- cated by letter or telegram to the Assistant at an address in Kowloon or Hong Fong to be arranged between the Assistant and the Consulting Engineers before the Assistant leaves England and shall date from the time of delivery thereof at such ad-
dress aforesaid.
