or the Engineer may require.
5th. The Assistant shall devote his whole time and
attention exclusively to his work and duty hereunder and
shall not either on his own account or on account of any
other person or persons be in any way either directly or in-
directly engaged concerned or interested in any other busi-
ness or occupation of any kind, but will devote himself ex-
clusively to the duties required of him under this Agreement.
6th. The Assistant shall not correspond either ver-
bally or otherwise directly or indirectly on matters connec-
ted with his duties with any person or persons excepting as
may be directed by the Consulting Engineers nor in any other
way either directly or indirectly publish divulge or disclose
any information plan paper document book or matter of any
kind whatsoever relating to or affecting the same excepting
to such persons as he may from time to time be duly authoris-
ed or instructed by the Consulting Engineers or the Engineer
to make known the same.
7th. If at any time the Assistant shall be called upon
or required to take upon himself the responsible charge of
any money, surveying or drawing instruments, stores or other
property of the Government of Hong Kong or of the Consulting
Engineers or if any such money instruments stores or other
property shall at any time be entrusted to him or come to his
hands or be under his charge he shall take proper care of
same and shall truly and faithfully account for and pay over
or deliver the same to such person or persons as the Consult-
ing Engineers may require.
8th. If the Assistant shall at any time neglect or refuse or from any cause (other than ill health not caused
by his own misconduct for a period not exceeding four con- secutive weeks) become or be unable to perform or comply with all or any of the Articles of this Agreement or any of the
