In continuation of War Office letter of the 16th
December 1904, No. Hong Kong 8/1944 (F.W.3.), on the
subject of the boundary between War Department property and
the Praya East Reclamation at Hong Kong, I am commanded by
the Army Council to transmit to you, for the information of
the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, the accompanying
copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong to the
Colonial Secretary, dated 30th June 1905, No. 172,
together with a plan illustrating the arrangement finally
agreed upon locally.
2. I am to request that the Army Council may be
favoured with any remarks Their Lordships may have to make
thereon at their early convenience, and that the plan may
be returned with your reply.
