The Commissioners shall not assign or transfer the lot to
any other person or persons or any Department of His Majesty's Cervice of permit the same to be used or occupied for any
other purpose than for a Hospital for the Officers and ren
of His Majesty's Naval Forces resident in HongKong.
All reservations of stones and minerals and all covenants by
Crown Lessees with reference to drainage repairs or nuisances
usually inserted in Crown Leases of Crown Lands in the Colony
of Hong Kong shall be deered and accepted by the Commission-
erg as part of the reservatione +x0-ptions and stipulations

curveyor to Bis bald Fejesty conferred upon hin by such
Crown Lease or by any Ordinance in force for the time being
within the said Colony of Hong Kong are hercly conferred
upon the said Director of Public Works by these terms.
