Government of Hong Kong to the Lords Commissioners for Executing the office

of Lord High Admiral of Inland Lot No. 87.
24 JT KOMEMBERED that all that piece or parcel of ground situate
at Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong containing by adreasure-
pent 278,900 square feet more particularly delineated and des-
cribed on the plan hereunto annexed and thereon coloured green and red and regie erd in The Land Office as INLAND LUT No. 67
in the rates of the Lords Corn1.2.oners for executing the office
of Lord Big Aduuml (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission-.
ore") all to sold by the Commission 3. upon the following terms
and Conditions.
1.
The said Inland Lot No. 37 shall be held by the Commissioners
in consideration of the sum of $12,564 paid to the Government
of Hong Kong as and by way of premium and at an annual rert
of two dollars payable by equal half-yearly payments on the
24th day of June and the 20th day of December in each year
as part of the property subject to Section 8 of Ordinance

to the Comissioners the said premium of $18,864 but without

The Commissioners shall be at liberty to maintain the part
of the existing approach road to the said Inland Lot No. 87
now over Crown Land adjoining Kennedy Road which is coloured
yellow on the plan annexed hereto and the Commissioners shall
in the event of such Crown Land leing required by the Govern-
ment of Hong Kong for the purpose of the widening of Kennedy
Foad inmediately deliver up the same whereupon the said
