Report on Ordinance No....12 of 190 5.
I have examined the accompanying Òrdinance, entitled
An Ordinance to amend the General Loan and In-
-scribed Stock Ordinance, 1993,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
The object of this Ordinance is to empower the
Governor to raise loans either by debentures or by inscribed
stock or partly by debentures or partly by inscribed stock.
