(4). A photograph showing in addition to
the above buildings which are situated to the South-
East of the Post Office site, the buildings (shops, offices, and Chinese houses) to the North-West of that
site.

of the Post Office Building as now in course of con-
-struction with the proposed Tower added.
(6). An elevation on a larger scale of the
harbour front of the Post Office with the Tower.

of the Post Office (including the Tower) with the ad-

I have now the honour to request
that you approve the addition of a Tower to the Post Of-
-fice and the Consulting Architects (Sir Aston Webb and
Mr. Ingress Bell) be asked to examine the drawings and
photographs that have been prepared and to suggest any
modifications which will in their opinion improve the
design.
