I have the honour to submit for
the signification of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No. 9
of 1905 entitled "An Ordinance to amend the New Territori-
-es Land Ordinance, 1905* *
together with the usual re-
-port of the Attorney-General thereon.
2.
The Judgments of the Land Court
given under the New Territories Land Court Ordinance, 1900,
were recorded in schedules each one of which comprised the
decisions in respect of land falling within a given Survey
District.
3.
It being found impracticable on
account of their vast number to issue titles by way of
lease under Section 16 of the New Territories Land Court
Ordinance, 1900, to each claimant whose claim had been al-
-lowed, the schedule of each Survey District was prefaced
with a block Crown Lease which granted and demised to each
lessee all the land described in such schedule opposite
his
