I ham just received a telegram from N.A.A Conent Qual at Hankow to the effect that owing to delay the ther reply from Hongkong, the Vicusy hom borowed the amount of the fivat instemont yesterday from the Houghing and Shanghai Bank for one mouth and remitted the money to New York The delay was due to abnormally slow Filipaphic commu i ïon,
now communicating with the Buzul Quuul tigawing the repayment to the Houghing and Shanghai Bank and I with let you know the result as voou popible.
