Referring to your Despatch No.
307 of the 26th. October, 1904, on the subject of the
tenure of certain lands transferred to the Admiralty, I
have the honour to inform you that the necessary deeds
conveying the freehold of the properties in question have
been completed and will shortly be forwarded by the Naval
Authorities for the approval of the Lords Commissioners of
the Admiralty.

The properties conveyed are Marine
Lots 20 and 21, Kowloon Marine Lot 35 and part of Kowloon
Marine Lot 36 with the portion of Austin Road adjoining
Kowloon Marine Lot 35 which by agreement with the Naval
Authorities has been exchanged for portion of Kowloon
Marine Lot 36 given up to this Government for the purposes
of widening the public road on the North side of the Lot
to a width or 100 feet in order to conform to the new
