Report on Ordinance No.
4 of 190 5.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Sup-
-plementary Sum of Two hundred and one thousand five
hundred and fifty five Dollars and twenty Bents, to de-
-fray the Charges of the Year 1904,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
