cases from the New Territories have been published separate
-ly from the General Returns, but in view of the fact that
the general state of crime in the New Territories is com-
-mented upon by the Captain Superintendent of Police in
his Annual Report I propose in future to include these
cases in the general returns, as has been done in previous
years.
