-cently enacted Pilots Ordinance and to inform you that His
Excellency the Governor shares the views of your Committee as
set forth in your letter.
instructions are being given to the Har-
-bour Master to simplify the examination to license any Bri-
-tish subject, unless for some special reason unsuitable, who
passes it.
