have the honour to reply as follows to the five points
specified in a letter addressed by Mr. Bertram Cox to the
Secretary of the Board of Trade on the 9th. February last
with regard to the discharge in Hongkong of the Italian

House of Detention as vagrants from the 9th. to the 11th.
