In reply to your letter No. 10962, dated 19th.
instant, on the subject of the position of the suggested length of
sea wall in the Western face of the proposed Pɛaya Bast keclara-
-tion and opposite the end of the temporary Army Service Corps
Jetty, I am directed to inform you that there is no objection to
the construction of the sea wall as therein proposed which will
give sufficient space for entry.
