The question of compensation to
so called Taxlords whose claims to rent have been disallow-
-ed has not yet been finally settled and I shall address
you in a separate Despatch on the subject.

and J. R. Wood on whom has fallen much of the work of land
settlement have performed their duties to my satisfaction.
