MEMORANDUM OF TRANSFER by the Coloni
Government of hongkong To the Lords
Commissioners for Executing the Office
of Lord High Admiral of Sai Kung Marine
Lot No. 1.
BB IT REMEMEBRED THAT all that piece or parcel of ground
situate in Mirs Bay in the New Territories in the Colony of Hong-
Kong containing by adreasurement 282 acres or thereabouts which
said piece or parcel of ground is more particularly delineated and
described on the plan hereunto annexed and is thereon coloured red
and is registered in the Land Office as SAI KUNG MAKING LOT No. 1
in the names of the Lords Commissioners for executing the Office of
Lord High Admiral (hereinafter referred to as "The Commissioners")
shall be held of the Government of hongkong by the Commissioners
upon the following terms and conditions:-

The said Sai Kung Marine Lot No. 1 shall be held by the Com-
missioners free of premium and Crown Rent as part of the pro-
perty subject to Section 8 of Ordinance Mc. 1 of 1969 and the
Commissioners shall yield up the same to the Government of
Hongkong free of all payment and cost whatsoever when and so
soon as the said lot shall no longer be required by the Com-
missioners for the purpose of a rifle range or ranges for the
use of his Majesty's Navy, and the Commissioners shall there-
upon be entitled to remove and take away all buildings and
other material and things (excepting such buildings material
and things as may be built or comprised of stone) which shall
be then on or belonging to the said premises making good any
damage caused by such removal.
The Commissioners shall not assign or transfer the lot to any
other person or persons or any department of his kajesty's
Service or permit the same to be used or occupied for any
other
