Doubtless the "INKUM" Crew matter is now in order, but for
ur guidance I think it right to inform you that on Tuesday last the
# thorities, in spite of the Captain's protests, put the European crew Joard the "INKUM". Yesterday they were taken off again.
In due course we will receive particulars of this matter, but it is éar that the action of the Authorities is hardly conducive to instilling onfidence in the minds of British shipowners in regard to their interests A the Far East.
