If the Delegates are invited either to examine on the syllabuses given in Appendices C & D or to approve similar syllabuses for the purposes of page 22 of the Regulations, it will be essential that they should have an opportunity of examining the text-books recommended or prescribed for the use of students. No doubt a copy of each could be sent to this Office.
If there are any points on which additional information would be desirable or acceptable, I hope that you will not hesitate to make application.
