Exams in History & Geography were taken by Lui meung, who was recommended to Oxford Local Examinatory. The letter was written in London for a friend by hur Fiddes.
We have now had the Committee's report and written out our views on it. I do not understand this letter very well unless hur R. You will want to see it. I think I had a letter from him. A way of waiting a little while would be to ask him if he has the report. Let's say he should call at any rate as soon as he gets the report and we can take the matter further if necessary.
