Not having received letter dated 20th ult., and reply by no. 1297/150n of the 18th ult., to complete readmission return & Tsingling (to refute the lying and unfounded charges trumped up against me as stated by you) one which (1) insubordination, (2) inefficiency and (3) neglect of duty (!) as appears from the Report of Sir Charles Commission, which has been rejected by the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, the representing this withdrawing with one hand while with the other the same authority containing my leave regarding
