I am directed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to request that you will be good enough to examine the bearer of this letter, G. L. Kysler, Registrar of Supreme Court of Hongkong, and report whether, in your opinion, he is physically fit for service as to return at once to that Colony.

If not, when you consider that he will be fit to do so.

He has been informed that he will have to pay a fee of one guinea, paid by the C.A. for the Colony.
