The name of the Company is "The Swatow Chow Yang Kit Yang Steam Launch Company Limited".

The registered Office of the Company will be situate at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong.

The objects for which the Company is established are from time to time and at any time to do, transact and carry on all or any of the acts, deeds, matters and things hereinafter mentioned, that is to say:-
(a) The employment of Steam launches in the conveyance of passengers or cargo or both in such place or places as the Company may from time to time determine.
(b) The performance of towage or salvage services, the chartering or letting to hire of Steam launches.
