The Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, and, with reference to the Foreign Office letter of 7 July last is directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to transmit to him, to be laid before Our Secretary Lyttelton, copy of a paper, as marked in the margin, on the subject of Hung chuan fu murder case.
