I am directed by Secretary Lyttelton to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 4th instant respecting the crew of the "Burn" (copy of telegram which has been addressed to the Governor Hong Kong on the subject).
I am to state that the suggestion of the Russian Ambassador that restrictions on the crew of the "Burn" taking exercise outside the camp should be relaxed is under consideration.
