The Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs

Colonies, and is directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign
Affairs to transmit, to be laid before the Secretary of State for
the Colonies, copy of a paper, as marked in the margin, relating to
the internment of the crew of the Russian torpedo boat destroyer "Burni".
