opinion of the majority of the Consular Body that the

clause should be added and I did not press any objections, as it is for their own advantage that they

should leave and, in the event of their refusing to

go, a deportation order of the Mixed Court would be

the only means of compelling their departure.

There

seems, however, no likelihood of any difficulty of the

sort arising.
