With reference to Your Lordship's despatch No.303 of October 10th of last year, I have the honour to transmit herewith a copy of a despatch which I have received from the British Acting Consul General at Canton, reporting the proceedings in the trial of the murderers of Hung Tsun Fuk, who was murdered at Hongkong.
The Officer Administering the Government of Hongkong has expressed himself as satisfied with the arrangement arrived at.
