in the matter, I have the honour to request that you
will be so good as to inform me whether there is any
objection to the conclusion of an agreement on the
lines proposed.
I may add that Sir Robert Hart in his letter to me
says that any stipulation in the draft that is either
not up to date or not in accord with British policy
could be eliminated or amended.
