N 174 as the Amoy Consulate was concerned without any charge on the public funds, and that the Mr. Wilson referred to by Mr. Hausser consented to pay her pas- sage from Hong Kong to England, without, however, ac- knowledging any liability in the matter, and that he disclaims all responsibility for the cost of her maintenance in Hong Kong.
