My dear Pearson,
Unluckily Pittar is away on a short holiday and at this precise moment I don't know his address; but he is expected to pass through town tomorrow evening, and I am sending a copy of the enclosed letters to his town address.
He is of course our one expert on sugar. So far as the opinions of our 3rd Commr. (Crawford) and myself are worth anything, we agree with you and Bergne on points 1 & 2 and with Bergne on point 3; and our answer on point 4 would be "yes". I have asked Pittar to send you a wire if he doesn't agree with us.
Yours, etc,
(sd) F.S.Parry.
