Surgeon Gen Evatt appears

to have given up

the post of military P.M.O Hongkong in 1899, since when a good deal has been done

in Hongkong which he doesn't mention. I am not quite certain but it would appear that the PMO quoted by the G.O.C in 19357/99 was this office.
