With reference to your letters of the 18th

and 23rd November 1904, Nos. 338267 and 39664/1904

respectively, relative to the Eastern Praya, Hong Kong,

I am commanded by the Army Council to request that you

will be good enough to inform Mr. Secretary Lyttelton

that it is proposed that the matters therein mentioned

shall be considered by the officer who is proceeding

to Hong Kong to enquire into and report upon certain

outstanding land questions.
