5. Finally with regard to the reduction in length of the Lotholders' frontage mentioned in the last part of para:4 of the Governor's despatch No.523, I am to observe that as pointed out in the memorandum by the Director of Public Works of 30th October 1902 already referred to - concavity in the old frontage line necessitates diminution in the frontage of the reclamation.
6. I am to add that the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty concur in the suggestions contained herein.
