rence to your letter of the 5th January last (46336/1903) relative to the transfer
of certain Colonial Military land at Hong Kong to the
Admiralty for user by the latter Department,
commanded by the Army Council to acquaint you, for the information of Mr. Secretary Lyttelton, that in any
future similar cases of transfer the Army Council will
cause a notification of their intentions to be communicat-
ed to your Department.
