With reference to your letter No. 36474/04 of the 25th inst., I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit to the Secretary of State for the Colonies, copy of a telegram dated 26th inst., No. 254, which has been sent (in cipher) to the Commander-in-Chief, China, relative to the internment of the Crew of the "Burni."
A copy has been sent to the Foreign Office.
