They would be glad to hear that the Secretary of State concurs in this opinion.
I am to add that the Crown Rents of Marine Lot No. 36 (adjoining the Briquette Factory site) and of Sharp's Buildings (Marine Lots Nos. 20 and 21) were capitalized in exactly the same way, i.e. at 25 years purchase, and the above remarks apply equally to these properties, the freehold of which should also be properly vested in the Admiralty by Deeds.
