With reference to your letter 109040/04 of the
30th ultimo respecting the disposal of Russian seamen landed
at Hong Kong from H.M.S."Talbot" for medical treatment, I am
commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to
acquaint you, for the information of Mr.Secretary Lyttelton,
that they concur in the proposal to send these sailors when
convalescent back to Russia through the medium of the
Russian Consul at Hong Kong.
