I understand, though I have not seen that you decided in Mr. Clara's case, for Raffles School - that he was to be seen. I take the same course in this case, and if he seems suitable offer him the appointment. He might be given the r. to Sir P. Manson at once, and call there before returning probally to S. Wales.
