For reasons given recommends that on completion of this agreement on Jan 05, M.L.S. Rees be made permanent with salary of £420 rising to £640 by £20 tenuially.
During his previous service Collins was on £360.
I presume this is meant to be the new scale, not to count his previous service.
All arrears increments are to be paid at once.
