In continuation of my Despatch No.380, dated the 26th October, 1904, on the subject of dredging and deepening the Harbour of Hongkong, I have the honour to transmit herewith for your information a copy of a further minute by Mr. J. F. Boulton, dated the 12th instant, in which he deals with the recently issued Admiralty Chart No.3429 of 1904, East Lamma Channel, and brings his former report up to date in the matter of Charts issued by the Hydrographer.
