In view of the fact that there are considerably more applications for admission into the College than can, owing to the accommodation available, be entertained, I am considering the advisability of raising the fees for tuition, which are at present $3 for the Upper and $2 for the Lower and Preparatory Schools per month, so that a greater proportion of the cost of the establishment may be borne by those who most directly derive profit from it.
