Referring to your telegram of 22nd September regarding Transvaal, Agent and representative of Mining Houses wish to use Canton as a direct port of shipment to South Africa or as an intermediate port with Hongkong as the final port of shipment? If the former, is there any objection to notifying Hampos under the Convention treating it as part of Canton as was suggested at the end of July?
