I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding five
million eight hundred and thirty-five thousand four
hundred and seventy Dollars to the Public Service
of the year 1905
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
