have come from a perfectly healthy and excellent cattle breeding district in Australia, I would call your attention to reports made from the Gold Coast at the end of last year of
cattle imported there from Gambia, where there was no disease,
being found immediately after arrival to be suffering from a
disease which the examination of blood films showed to be a
form of Trypanosomiasis.

Copies of Dr. Hunter and Mr. Gibson's
further report are being sent to the Board of Agriculture.
