With reference to your letter No.84986/1904, Secret, of the 14th instant, I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you for the information of Mr. Secretary Lyttelton that they concur in the remarks of the Colonial Defence Committee No.373/R on the Hong Kong Defence Scheme revised to September 1904, and that copies have been forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief on the China and Australian Stations and to the Commodore, Hong Kong.
